Applying to drive again before the disqualification period ends
An application can be made to the court to remove the period of disqualification.
The application must be made in court and not in writing.
- If disqualified for less than 4 years, you have to wait 2 years to make the application.
- If less than 10 years, but not less by 4, have to wait one half of the period of disqualification.
- 5 years in other cases.
Our road traffic specialists have an extremely good record of successfully arguing why you should be allowed to drive again. Careful case preparation and presentation is essential.
